Mr. Rogers

He has been involved in the real estate investment arena for more than thirty years.

Mr. Rogers experience has included projects ranging from small neighborhood retail centers to large mixed-use complexes including hotels, resorts and virtually all aspects of the commercial real estate arena.

He has been directly involved in arranging financing for projects which have exceeded $100 million, refinancing and workout of distressed and over-leveraged properties, and evaluating numerous projects as to their economic viability, for both development and existing projects.

Mr. Knighton

He has been involved in the real estate arena for more than thirty years.

Mr. Knighton, began his career with Charter Builders, after graduating from LSU in 1972 with a degree in Construction Technology, at the construction division of the Vantage Companies based in Dallas, Texas. He managed numerous projects of Charter Builders in Dallas, Denver and Phoenix and became the youngest Vice President in Vantage’s long history.

In 1981, Mr. Knighton founded Encore Development Corporation which rapidly became a large development firm based in Dallas, Texas with projects in many markets across the U.S. Encore Projects. Knighton Resume, LinkedIn
